You cannot create a shipment if the "Estimated Charges" are greater than "Usable Balance" available in your wallet.
In such cases, you will see an error message while creating the shipment saying:
"You do not have sufficient balance in your account to create this shipment. Click here to Recharge"
The system will then recommend you to recharge by a minimum amount in order to create the shipment.
Alternatively, you can also use the "Recharge" button in the navigation bar next to your "Brand name" to top-up your wallet.
