As soon as you create a new shipment, the estimated charges for that shipment are put on hold and your usable wallet balance decreases. 


You can keep track of all your shipments that are yet to be Delivered or RTO Delivered and their Hold amounts by going to Payments > Wallet > Shipment Charges and apply a filter on the column Payment Status and select On Hold.
