Your Total Wallet Balance" is divided into two parts:-
1. Hold Balance:- This is the Wallet Balance that you cannot use for creating shipments. From your total wallet balance, this much amount is put on "Hold" for the billing of your shipments yet to be delivered. Please note that this amount will not be deducted before your shipments have been delivered.
2. Usable Balance:- This is the Wallet Balance that is available to you for creating new shipments. Every time you successfully create a new shipment, the estimated charges for that shipment are put on hold and your usable balance decreases with every shipment you create.
Once your shipment has been Delivered or RTO Delivered, the "Hold" amount for that shipment is finally deducted from your wallet. You can keep track of your wallet deductions by going to Payments > Wallet > Wallet Transactions.
