You can recharge their prepaid wallets using the "Recharge" button provided in the Navigation bar (next to your Brand name). All you need to do is just enter the amount you want to top-up your wallet with and select a payment method.
And you will be good to ship!!
Please note:- Minimum Recharge Amount is ₹500.00
Recharging your wallet will increase your "Usable balance" and will have no effect on your "Hold Balance"
Alternatively, if you have enough amount due for COD remittance, then you can use that amount to Recharge your Wallet balance to create new shipments, or to settle any negative balance in your wallet.

How much of your COD remittance is available to settle / recharge your wallet balance?
The amount which is available to you for recharge via COD remittance equals the total amount that is pending for remittance till the upcoming remittance cycle. For example, if today is 23rd January'21, and the next remittance is scheduled for 26th January'21 of Rs.10,000 then this much amount is available to you for recharging your wallet and the settled amount will be adjusted from your Remittance.
You can see the settlements / deductions that have happened from a particular remittance ID by clicking on the settlements / deductions that have happened from a particular remittance ID by clicking on the settled amount (in Remittance tab)
