For Swift Prepaid Users, the total wallet balance is divided into 2 parts:
1. Hold Balance:- This is the Wallet Balance that you cannot use for creating shipments. From your total wallet balance, this much amount is put on "Hold" for the billing of your shipments yet to be delivered. This balance gets deducted from your wallet, only when a shipment is Delivered or RTO Delivered
2. Usable Balance:- This is the Wallet Balance which is available to you for creating new shipments. As soon as you create a shipment successfully, the estimated charges for that shipment are put on "Hold" and your Usable Balance decreases.
You can view your "Hold Balance" and "Usable Balance" at two places.
1. In Navigation bar, you see your "Usable Balance". When you click on it, you can see all "Total Wallet Balance", "Hold Balance" and "Usable Balance" (as shown below)
2. If you go to Payments > Wallet > Wallet Transactions, you can see your "Total Wallet Balance", "Hold Balance", and "Usable Balance" at the top.
