We’ve introduced a new Address Verification feature to help you reduce RTOs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer addresses.
Many deliveries fail due to missing or inaccurate address details. With this feature, you can identify such issues early and fix them before shipping.
How It Works
Our system checks every order for address quality.
Orders with potential issues are tagged as Address Issue.
You can send a WhatsApp message to the customer to confirm or update their address.
The corrected address is automatically updated in the order.

How to Enable
Go to:
Settings → Sentry → Address Issue Verification
Once enabled, you can:
Manually trigger WhatsApp messages for selected orders, or
Auto-trigger messages whenever an address issue is detected.
You can also send verification messages directly from:
Order Details page
Orders tab → Actions
