We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature that enables sellers to manage and update B2B shipment appointments directly within the Swift dashboard, eliminating the need for external trackers like Google Sheets.
What’s New?
You can now update appointment details after creating and manifesting B2B shipments — either individually or in bulk — right from the platform.
✅ Key Capabilities:
1. Update Appointments Post Manifestation
No need to provide appointment info at the time of shipment creation.
Edit appointments even after manifesting your B2B orders.
2. Single Shipment Update
Go to: Shipments → B2B Shipments
Use More Actions → Update Appointment
Modify details and Save.
3. Bulk Update via CSV
Select multiple shipments.
Use Bulk Actions → Update Appointment.
Download the pre-filled CSV template with shipment + existing appointment info.
Edit appointment fields, save, and upload back.
Why It Matters
Saves Time: No more manual tracking via spreadsheets.
Reduces Errors: Prevents missed appointments by syncing updates with the courier.
