Overview
Smart Control is a new feature in the Swift Panel that allows you to independently manage Cash on Delivery (COD) restrictions. With this release, you no longer need to rely on anyone to block COD for specific values such as phone numbers, pincodes, cities, states, countries, or UTM sources.

What’s New

Smart Control Tab

  • Added under Checkout Settings for all Checkout Sellers.

  • Visible even if COD is disabled. If COD is off, a tooltip will guide you to enable it to use Smart Control.



AI-Powered Blocking

  • You can now simply block or charge customers who are identified as high-risk RTO customers by Swift.

  • These customers will be charged or blocked depending on the configuration in real time. 



Blocking COD by Criteria
You can now configure COD restrictions based on:

  • Phone Numbers

  • Pincodes

  • Cities

  • States

  • Countries

  • UTM Sources


Input and Validation

  • Input values can be comma- or space-separated.

  • Real-time format validation per entity type.

  • Duplicate entries are automatically ignored.

  • Valid entries are processed even if some are invalid.


Post-Submission Handling

  • All valid entries are applied instantly.

  • Invalid entries are compiled in an exportable CSV with error messages.

  • A confirmation message indicates successful blocking.

Export Blocked Entries

  • You can export lists of blocked entries by category.

  • Phone numbers are masked for privacy (e.g., 98XXXXXX21).

  • Other entity values appear in plain text.

Statistics Grid

  • Displays counts of blocked items per category.

  • Only visible when one or more entries are blocked.
