We are happy to announce another feature to enhance your shipping experience  — Self-serve COD Order Verification. This feature empowers you to take charge of order confirmations and reduce the risk of RTO by allowing you to send WhatsApp messages for COD orders directly to your customers for confirmation.

How to Access:

Navigate to the Settings section and find the COD Order Verification option. Here, you'll discover two tabs: COD Verification and Message.

COD Verification Tab:

In this tab, you can configure various settings to tailor the verification process according to your preferences.

  • Enable COD Verification:
    • Toggle this switch to activate the COD verification feature for your orders.

  • Verification Type:
    • Choose between Auto and Manual verification. If you opt for Manual, you'll need to trigger validation messages manually from the Order Master. On the other hand, Auto enables the system to send verification messages automatically.

  • Auto Verification Delay:
    • If you choose Auto verification, set the delay time. This indicates how long the system should wait before dispatching the verification message upon receiving a COD order.

  • Message Cost:
    • The price for each verification message is clearly displayed on this screen, ensuring complete transparency.

Message Logs Tab:

In the Message Logs tab, you can track the messages sent, along with their current status.

Why Use COD Order Verification?

  1. Reduced RTO Risk: By confirming orders directly with customers, you minimize the chances of returns.
  2. Increased Control: Choose between Auto and Manual verification to align with your operational preferences.
  3. Transparent Pricing: Clearly view the cost per verification message, giving you full control over your expenses.

This self-serve feature puts you in the driver's seat, providing flexibility and control over your COD order verification process.
