From settings:

  1. From the left side menu, click on Settings.

  2. Click on COD Order verification which will contain the Order id's, dates and names for the following orders:

    1. Verified:

      1. customer successfully confirmed the order

    2. Verification pending:

      1. a confirmation message has been sent to the customer within 48 hrs & no response has been received yet

    3. Verification failed(can be one of the following reasons):

      1. the customer selected "cancel" on the confirmation message

      2. we were unable to send any confirmation message to the customer because-

        1. the phone number was invalid or

        2. the customer doesn’t have whatsapp installed on their phone

    4. Verification no response:

      1. a confirmation message was sent to the customer & no response was received after 48 hrs


From Orders:

  1. From the left side menu, click on the Orders tab

  2. Navigate to the payment info column & click on the filter beside it

  3. Select COD & click Ok. This will help you filter & show all your COD orders

  4. Once filtered, click on the filter beside “Tag” column

  5. Select the verification option you want to check the orders for:

    1. Verified

    2. Verification- pending

    3. Verification- no response

    4. Verification- failed
