You can now take actions on multiple NDR shipments at once, by uploading a CSV on your NDR dashboard.


Steps:


  • Select the shipments you want to take an NDR action on and download the shipments from the NDR dashboard using the Download Shipments button. The downloaded CSV will have all the shipment details for the NDR shipments that you selected along including shipment tracking details, product description and customer details.
  • You will find the following columns at the right end of the CSV:
    • Possible actions : Contains possible actions you can take on a shipment like (Re-attempt / RTO). If this contains “No Actions Possible”, then you cannot request an action for this shipment
    • Requested action : You need to enter your requested action here. Your requested action should be one of the actions present in the “Possible actions column”
    • New Customer Address : You can update the customer address here.
    • New Customer Phone no. : You can update the customer phone number here.
    • Reattempt Date : Here, you need to enter a Re-attempt date for the shipments you want to re-attempt.
  • You need to provide an updated delivery address or customer phone number if the NDR status is “Address Issue”, “Customer Unavailable”, or “Customer Unreachable”

  • After editing the csv, you can upload it on your NDR dashboard using the “BULK ACTION UPLOAD” button. You will see how many shipments got updated with your requested actions and you can download the shipments that were not updated in the “Error csv”
  • You can make necessary changes in the “Error csv” and re-upload this csv again from your NDR dashboard.
